Instructions

	Re-commence playing the radio stream.
	Stop playing the radio stream.
	Play the previous station of the station list.
	Play the next station of the station list.
	Lists stations in multiple columns.
	Lists stations in a single column.
	Lists stations with additional information (i.e. genre, language).
	Player volume (high). Move the slider to adjust the volume.
	Mute activated. Click the speaker icon to turn mute on and off.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution(s)
'App requires internet connection to function'	Internet connection required for the app to access radio station info as well radio audio streams.	Connect the device (PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to the internet in the appropriate manner.
Error message - '...browser does not support html5 audio streaming...'	The apps required HTML5 audio not supported by the browser.	Update browser to the latest version. Or access Helaradio Sri Lanka Radio Stations app with another browser that has HTML5 audio support.
Error message - "Could not connect to the radio stream....."	Could not connect station in the allotted time frame or a browser rendering error.	Refresh the page and attempt to listen to the station again.
	Stream temporarily unavailable	Attempt to listen to the station at a later time.
	Stream moved to another location.	Station info (incl. stream urls) are updated regularly, but not instantaneously. If you suspect the station information is outdated, let us know and we will update it as soon as possible.
	Browser blocks http audio streams when app is accessed in secure https protocol.	Change internet browser settings to allow mixed content. Or access the app via the insecure http protocol instead of https.
Sound controls do not work	Specific browsers do not allow for dynamic sound adjustment via JavaScript.	Adjust the volume with the controls in the device itself
Most problems	Numerous	Refresh the page. Reloading the page is the first, simplest and most often the only action required to solve most issues encountered.

App Quickstart
Alternative to entering the web address of the app (www.srilankaradiostations.com), you can open Helaradio Sri Lanka Radio Stations app with the following methods.
1. Create shortcut (recommended) - Creating shortcut of a web page is a standard feature in browsers. Google Chrome refers to the process as 'add to desktop' and in several others it is 'add to home screen'. The shortcut item is often saved directly on the desktop of the PC or mobile. If not you can move it from the saved location to a convenient place to quickstart the application. The shortcut icon is expected to look similar to the shown image.
2. Download the app launcher - The launcher is file functions the same as a shortcut. When clicked it opens your web browser directly to the Helaradio Sri Lanka Radio Stations app. By default the file has the icon of the default web browser. Click here to download the app launcher and save it in your desktop or another convenient location.
